Clan Website/Servers Redesign & Update (Part 36)

Added

• Added the old site back but was really broken when updated to the new version.  (This has been fixed over the last few months. I submitted and replied around 75 times to support)
• The old IPB skins are being updated and ill add those when they are done. (This should restore our site to its previous glory)

Removed

• Newly built wordpress site.  It has issues and I got too many complaints (It also had many exploits that got abused.)
• Everything I previously did has been removed.

Updated

• I've rebuild the navigation system
• Each page has been rebuilt using the new ipb 4.0 system.
• I've updated the front page to show a little more information but still keep things simple.
